Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so make sure you subscribe to our email list for exclusive deals!
Our processing time is 1-8 business days. Processing starts 24 hours after your order has been placed. Once your package has shipped, you will receive all tracking information and your package should arrive within 1-3 business days for US customers and 7-21 days for international customers.
All packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages due to USPS. Once your order has shipped, it is out of our control.
Kayla B Beauty is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you enter the wrong address, you have 24 hours to email us the correct address. Addresses cannot be changed once a shipping label has been made.

To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, the item will ship once the item gets back in stock. When the item is available, we will ship the item with your selected shipping method within two business days.
All pre-order items will be marked with a "pre-order" title on the Store Product Page.
Our Pre-order disclaimer: Because the item has not yet reached us, we cannot guarantee the exact date your item will ship. We guarantee that your item will ship within 30 days AFTER the order has been processed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount immediately.
As stated above we will issue refunds if we aren't able to fulfill your order. However, refunds will not be available on pre-orders where your order is still able to be fulfilled. Refund requests WILL be considered if made due to extraordinary delays in delivery (greater than 60 days).
